We believe that each reference and referrer both are worthy for us and we appreciate the effort of the referrer by providing them some share from our earnings because we value referrer trust for our esteemed organization. The actual sharing amount will be 5% of the basic invoice amount that we are charging from the client/employer.

Let’s understand it in depth, if the referred candidate/applicant got selected in ABC Company and we are raising the invoice of 1,00,000 INR + GST then we will share 5% of the basic invoice amount, excluding GST and it will be 5,000 INR.

If any of your referred candidates got selected from our end, our account team will contact you from our domain email id ([email protected]) or our team may msg. you from TIGIHR, if you are receiving any mail from any other domain ID please do not consider it authentic from our end

The amount shall be transferred within 7 days from once we received it from the client/employer end. It can take 30 days to 90 days or in a few cases it may take more than that as well. So you will get it according to that. You won’t be able to get it before we receive it from the client/employer. In rare cases candidates left their job or client/employer terminates the candidate/employee before completing the recruitment charge then you won’t get any referred charges in that case. Due to any dispute if we are not receiving payment from the client/employer then we are not reliable to pay anything to the referrer.

Here we would like to clarify that as a referrer you are not our permanent employee and any of our permanent employees can not participate in this refer and earn programme. If the referred is any of our current permanent employees that he/she won’t be able to claim for this benefit. We are not taking any charges or advance amount for participating in the refer and earn program. Also we are not going to share you any database for the same. So you can take it in consideration. By submitting each profile you are declaring that you agree with all the above terms and conditions.

The actual sharing amount will be 1000 INR for each client that we have closed from referrer reference.

Let’s understand it in depth, if you have submitted any client in our system the lead will transfer to any of our expert business development team member and they will have a conversation with client and if client have requirements and they would like to associate with us then we will send them detail staffing/association agreement including detail terms and conditions and if client revert us back with the sign and stamp copy of agreement along with current requirements then referrer will be eligible to earn amount as mentioned above. Importantly the referrer just has to submit the reference only, the further process will be done by our team only.

If any of your referred references/clients will close from our end within 180 days, then our account team will contact you from our domain email id ([email protected]) or our team may msg. you from TIGIHR, if you are receiving any mail from any other domain ID please do not consider it authentic from our end.

If the referred is any of our current permanent employees that he/she won’t be able to claim for this benefit. If the client referred by you will be in our database in that case you will not be getting the benefit of the referral amount. We are not taking any charges or advance amount for participating in the refer and earn program. Also we are not going to share you any database for the same. So you can take it in consideration. By submitting each entry you are declaring that you agree with all the above terms and conditions.
