  • The following terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted by the User on usage of the website tigihr.com. The terms "You" and "User" refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing this site for any reason.

Ltd.  In no event shall be responsible to supervise, guide or monitor any activities of the candidate recommended/ referred by TIGI HR Solution Pvt. Ltd. and also shall in no event be held responsible for any acts or omissions, negligence, misconduct, default in any of the work done by the concerned candidate(s) as the candidate(s) will be working under the employment, control and instructions of the Client as its employee.


  • TIGI HR Solution Pvt. Ltd. is not offering nor providing any TA/DA to client or candidate(s)/job seeker(s) to go for an interview in any company referred by TIGI HR Solution Pvt. Ltd.


  • TIGI HR Solution Pvt. Ltd. does not charge any fee at any stage of its recruitment process from the candidate(s)/job seeker(s), there are individuals in market wrongfully trying to trick candidates to part with large sums of money by promising them job offers and using the company's registered trademark as well as using fake and copied website to legitimise their activities to lure innocent candidates to fall into this trap. We would like to categorically state that these communications are purely made with the intent to defraud the candidates. TIGI HR Solution Pvt. Ltd. has not authorised any individual to acquire any kind of payment from candidates, towards our company or towards any individual in the recruitment process.


  • Use except as otherwise provided in the special conditions, the use of the TIGI HR Solution Pvt. Ltd. website shall be free of charge, not with standing the connection charge paid by the User to gain access through the relevant telecommunications network.


  • User acknowledges and voluntarily and expressly accepts that the use of the TIGI HR Solution Pvt. Ltd. website is made under his/her sole and exclusive responsibility at all times.


  • Users agree to indemnify and hold tigihr.com and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees made by any third party due to the content you submit, post or transmit through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another user and any third party claims.
